Custom Cookie Requests

Need a Custom Cookie Order for a Birthday Party or special event? send us an email for a custom cookie order quote. 

* Please allow 24-48 hours for a response time after submitting your inquiry. 

  • Pricing is based on designs, details, and how many colors are required for your design choice. All orders must be paid in full within 24hrs of my invoice in order to guarantee your booking. 
  • We do ship custom cookie orders. I take every precaution necessary to ensure your delivery makes it to you as safe as possible however breakage can still occur.
  • All cookie orders have a 1 dozen minimum quantity. You can add any quantity of cookies after you've hit your minimum requirement.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change your theme. Part of your inquiry process is me checking the materials I will need in order to process your order. This will sometimes mean ordering specific cutters to go with your theme, stencils, Etc. If your order is booked (Meaning it has been paid) it cannot be changed. No exceptions.
  • All cookies are heat sealed to preserve freshness, if you do not want to keep your cookies in the packaging, please cut open the packaging and remove the cookies the day of your event to prevent any alteration to the taste or freshness of the cookies.
  • Please try and give as much advance notice as possible to assure your date request is available and utensils and or supplies can be purchased. Orders made within 7 days will be considered a rush order and will have a fee applied of $20.00 for the short notice if I am not available on that specific date.
  • Orders are non-refundable. Once your order is booked/paid for, no refunds will be given. If you need to re-schedule your date for reasons such as a hurricane has caused a change in your plans, major health reasons (this includes issues such as you just went into labor, you are in the hospital, etc. not a common cold), you will need to contact me immediately to see if your new date is available for me to move your order. If your new date is not available, your original date will stand, and your cookies can be frozen. They will be 100% fresh once thawed, instructions will be given if this is what needs to be done.

*Once a quote/invoice is sent, you have 24 hours to pay for your order in full. After 24 hours your order has been removed from my list and that pick-up date will go to the next customer request.  

*Payment can be made directly on my website or Zelle only. I do not take PayPal or Venmo due to fees that they have implemented.


Important information:

  •  All cookies are a mix of Cookie Butter & vanilla flavors.
  •  All cookies will be individually heat sealed for freshness. They are best if consumed within 2 weeks but can and will last longer if properly stored. If you must remove the plastic wrapping, cookies should be placed in a Tupperware type container for the best possible freshness. Do not refrigerate cookies. It will cause condensation and that will ruin the design.
  • If you need to freeze your cookies for any reasons (such as a delay in your event and your new date was not available to move cookie order) you can freeze cookies and they will still be as fresh as the first day. Contact me for instructions on how to properly freeze your cookies if you need to do this.
  • I apologize, but I am unable to accommodate any allergy requests.
