Tequila Lime

Inspired by the blue agave plant I created Tequila lime. This cookie features a vanilla lime base with zest and tequila extract infused in the batter, white Ghirardelli chocolate chips and a tequila lime melted chocolate and zest for garnish. Don’t let this cookie fool you it’s flavor quickly became one of our favorites!
